Fiberglass Insulation

Geo-Insulation offers various types of fiberglass insulation for commercial and residential customers. Understanding insulation is key to knowing what type of insulation is best for your needs. Insulation levels are specified by R-Value, which is a measure of the insulation’s ability to resist heat flow. The higher the R-Value, the better the thermal performance of the insulation. The recommended level for most attics is R-38 or about 13 to 14 inches of insulation. We recommend R-50 or about 19 inches of insulation for a two story home.
